Valable pour le magasin de sports ET l'école de ski.
- Remboursement uniquement contre remise d'un certificat médical.
- La perte et / ou le vol du matériel doit être payé par le client.
- Grimentz-Zinal.ski décline toute responsabilité en cas d'accident survenu avec le matériel loué, durant les cours ou les manifestations.
- Toute prestation réservée doit être payée. Délai d'annulation, cours privés: 48h, cours collectifs ou location matériel 14 jours.
- 10% DE COMMISSION SERA DÉDUITE DE TOUT REMBOURSEMENT pour couvrir les frais de dossier divers. Peu importe la raison ou le délai de résiliation.
- Veillez à souscrire une assurance annulation en cas d'accidents ou maladies pour les cours ou la location.
- Chaque client doit s'assurer qu'il est bien couvert par son assurance pour les risques liés à la pratique de l'activité.
- Toute interruption des remontées mécaniques n'engage en rien Grimentz-Zinal.ski et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
- Si le nombre d'enfants est insuffisant en cours de groupes, la durée sera diminuée et la médaille facturée.
- En cas de litige, seule la version française fait foi. Le for juridique se trouve à Grimentz.

- Refund only upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- The loss and / or theft of the equipment must be paid by the customer.
- Grimentz-Zinal.ski accepts no responsibility in the event of an accident with the rented equipment, or during the course or the events.

- Alle gebuchten Leistungen sind kostenpflichtig. Stornierungsfrist, Privatunterricht: 48 Stunden, Gruppenunterricht oder Ausrüstungsverleih 14 Tage.
- 10% DER COMMISSION WERDEN VON JEGLICHER RÜCKERSTATTUNG ABGEZOGEN, um die Gebühren für verschiedene Dateien abzudecken. Egal ans welchem Grund oder innerhalb welcher Frist.
